I am seeking re-election to the NSWNMA Council to continue advocating for the members and communities we serve. 

My union journey began as Branch Secretary at Justice Health Bathurst (2017-2019), before moving to WNSW LHD and serving as Branch Secretary at Bloomfield Hospital (2020-2024). In 2025, I was honoured to be elected as the inaugural Indigenous Nurse Councillor to the NSWNMA Council, a privilege that strengthened my commitment to ensuring diverse voices are represented in our union.

I have been a nurse for 10 years and have worked as a Nurse Manager in mental health since 2024. Throughout my career, I have remained passionate about reducing the stigma surrounding mental illness, and advocating for equitable health outcomes for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples.

If re-elected, I will continue to champion stronger representation of Indigenous perspectives within our union, advocate for policies that address the social barriers impacting Aboriginal communities, and promote improved access to culturally safe mental health care.
