I am standing for re-election as a Branch Councillor on the ANMF NSW Branch because I am committed to advocating for safe patient care, better workloads, and stronger support for all nurses and midwives.

I believe our professions are strongest when we stand together on the issues that affect us. As a Branch Councillor and through my involvement with local NSWNMA branches, I have campaigned for improved nurse-to-patient ratios and safer staffing because we know better staffing saves lives.

My experience working in one of NSW's largest hospitals and now across rural and remote communities as an Agency Registered Nurse and Nurse Manager has shown me that every community deserves access to safe, high-quality healthcare. Your postcode should never determine the care you receive.

I will continue to advocate for safe workplaces, fair workloads, and greater investment in nursing and midwifery. I am committed to representing nurses and midwives across New South Wales and ensuring our collective voice delivers better outcomes for our profession, our patients, and the communities we serve.
